Through the combined efforts of 56 soccer clubs across the country, the Kick It Forward campaign collected and donated over 20,000 pieces of equipment to underserved youth who would have otherwise not had the opportunity to play soccer with quality equipment. This campaign was part of the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s equipment collection and redistribution initiative, the Passback Program. Through this program, soccer clubs and organizations collect and donate new and gently used soccer gear year round to distribute to children living in underserved areas. To date, Passback has donated over 800,000 pieces of soccer equipment to children around the world.
