Open, free play (aka 'street soccer') is an important component of the CSC Curriculum. Unstructured play in the form of small-sided games (i.e. 3 v 3 or 4 v 4) is vital to learning creative play in an environment where taking risks is encouraged without fear of making mistakes. Free play sessions are monitored by CSC Coaches to ensure player safety, organiz players into teams, and set-up the fields, however, coaching is minimized. CSC offers open free play sessions throughout the year for CSC players, and kids interested in playing soccer from the Chantilly area community. Open free play for the upcoming season:
- Spring 2017- Friday nights at Fred Crabtree 3 from 6-7:00 PM) starting on 3/31
Open to all boys & girls from CSC and Chantilly area communties. Free Play is included in CSC's core program tuition (Rec. & Travel Programs).
If not a member of the Chantilly Soccer Club and would like to participate in our free play program we ask that you register first.
