CSC Internationals in action at the VYSA President's Cup

The CSC Internationals travelled to Virginia Beach to participate in the VYSA President's Cup this past Saturday. Despite tremendous obstacles including a key injury resulting in the team to play with 10 players, the girls stuck together and netted two second half goals sending the game to OT and penalty kicks where the opponent prevailed.

CSC is proud of the effort from the Internationals. We're reminded that success is not always about winning. As the late coach John Wooden said, "Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to do your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming."

Thank you for representing the club with dignity, pride, and perseverance. Good luck the rest of the season.
